Step 1 – Prep and clean your skin before any makeup application. Wash and hydrate your skin with cleansing products and moisturizers for your skin type.

Step 2 -Prime your lids. To avoid smearing of the makeup, place a few dots of liquid foundation on your eyelids. Blot your eyes with translucent powder.

Step 3 – Dust your eyes with bold eye shadows. To complement your flowing spring dresses, add a blue, lavender or pink pastel shadow across your lid. Add a contour shade of charcoal gray or navy blue in the crease to make your eyes pop.

Step 4 – Swipe your eyes with pencil. For maximum control of the eye pencil, prop your elbow on a table. Make dots along your lash line with your pencil. Blend the dots together with a brush, followed by two to three strokes of liquid eyeliner.
